Food
1 Protein Shake
1 Serving Almonds
1 Serving Lazagna
2 Servings Spicy Italian Sausage
3 Beers
1 1/2 Pieces of Bread
Too much desert, I think I tried a little of everything there.

Strength
An upper body circuit consisting of 2-3 movements per body part for 2-3 sets.
