*I started a new type of workout. I call it an AMPAP, As Many Pounds as Possible. The goal is to move as much weight as possible. The only catch is you only get 1 attempt between each 20 DU's set.

*I crushed my old score on this from 3 days ago. My pistols were much more fluid and I was able to tie more together without losing my balance. My goal for Regionals is to finish all 30 Hang Cleans under 17:00 Minutes!

*I did A LOT better than I thought I would today! Going in to this wod my intention was to get better at pistols and try to finish as many as I could. I felt good, still not great on them but good enough to move on. I was able to squeeze in 17 Hang cleans which passes the 10 HC minimum to advance to the 3rd wod! Today has been a good day!

*I was beyond exhausted and fatigued when I started this wod. I just finished up a high volume chest and back strength sessionand decided to give this a go. I wouldn't say it was a mistake but I was far from my PR. It was almost commical how fatigued my entire body was.

*I am trying different styles of taping for muscle ups in preperation for regionals and todays style worked for about 14 reps then went to crap. I ended up tearing them off at 20 reps.

*Brutal, balancing that weight at the bottom when fatigued is horrible. I need to get faster at these and I need to tie some reps together on wods like this. I played it too "safe" and dropped the bar after every rep. Lesson learned.

*My butt was on fire after this one but I felt surprisingly strong throughout each row. I worked on sprinting out the last "X" Meters. I mixed it up and sprinted the last 150 on the first, 175 on the second and last 200 on the 3rd 500m's. It was a fun wod.

*This was a brutal wod. I was glad I had people pushing me to do this one. I tried to rest as little as possible on the lunges and tried my best to keep moving on the burpees.
