Bigger Engine Training Day 2 (Legs)
Strength
Back Squat
10x10 @205
Leg Press
5x15 @360
Leg Extension
3x15 @165
*This workout was tough. My legs were still shaky as of 5 pm today. I feel exhausted, these bigger engine training days really take it out of me.
