*This was a You Challenge WOD from the Facebook You Challenge page. It was a nice little cardio blaster. I'm enjoying doing met-cons that are under 8 minutes.
WOD 2
EMOTM Squat Cleans
1-5 Minute 3 @ 185 lbs.
6-10 Minutes 3 @ 190 lbs.
11-15 Minutes 3 @ 195 lbs.
*Of all my EMOTM training, I felt this one the most. I also felt like this benefitted me the most. I had to focus heavily on form and being quick under the bar.
