*Burpees killed me on this one. That, and I felt like I had no oxygen left in my lungs or muscles. Definitely a high volume training day.

*I was on pace to go sub 7 and my hand tore pretty bad on rep number 20. I switched my grip to a neutral hand position and finished the 30 one rep at a time.
