*Muscle Ups killed me. Neutral grip is much harder than false, looking forward to getting better at these.

*Another great day of training. My WODS will start looking more like this from now on. I need to work on my "Engine" with heavier weight. All of the O-Lifts will be a BIG part of my training going forward.
