*These felt great until the last 3 minutes when I felt a blister forming on my hand. I want to make big strides in my overall snatch strength so I plan on doing these at least once a week.

2 Ring Handstand Push Ups

*This was the best Ring Handstand Push ups have ever felt for me. I was able to do all 4 sets unbroken. The big difference was being able to kip out of the down position.
