*This weight was too light but it was nice to work on form. My hand placement felt "off" the entire time.

*I had a no-show so I decided to burn some calories. This is what transpired. It felt good to sweat and be out in the sun. I also worked on squat cleans. I did sets of 3 at a moderate weight. Worked up to 205 and ran out of time. Kind of a blah day.
