AF WOD #2

WOD 1
Again Faster Challenge WOD 2
8 Minute AMRAP
3 Snatch Complexs (Power/ Hang/ Hang Squat)
3 Wall Climbs (Sternum Touches)
TOTAL 5 Rounds
*After a couple days of rest I did the Again Faster Challenge WOD # 2. It was tought but not one I was strong enough to push until I collapsed, the snatch complex just got heavy.
