*This wod was a nice warm up to my day, not difficult at all. I did learn that I need to work on moving faster on different movements. My sit ups were slower than I would have liked and my DU's were not as smooth as I would have liked.

*This wod was much tougher than the first. Muscle fatigue was the worst part. The burning in my legs, shoulders, and chest slowed me down at times.
