*I was feeling pretty sorry for myself throughout this entire wod. I was disappointed in my first round, my PR on a 500 Meter row is 1:26. I don't know if I was holding back because I knew I had to keep going or not?
WOD 2
300 Double Unders for time

*I felt much better going into this wod, I think it was because I knew it would be over quickly. This is my new PR on double unders. My time would have been lower but I had to change ropes half way through. The rope I started with was not spinning right.
WOD 3
100 Burpees for time
TIME 5:58
*I felt good but I think I could have cut a few seconds off had I been fresh and not fried my chest earlier in the day. I smell a new PR next time!
