*After painting my basement all night, my shoulders felt the fatigue. Going into round 3 I knew I wasn't going to score as high as I had expected. I was pretty annoyed by the pain in my shoulders, mostly because it wasn't there 2 days prior. Oh well that's the name of the game. On a positive note, the basement is coming along nicely!
Strength
Shoulder day with Mike. I only waited about 5 minutes before diving into this shoulder workout with Mike. Needless to say, my shoulders were on fire for every rep in every set! I followed through with the strength session but due to the shoulder fatigue I chose to perform some rehabilitation movements to help prevent any injury in the future. I have been doing these movements for the past 4 weeks and my shoulder pain which you to occur when I would raise my arm laterally is almost completely gone. I never would have guessed that such a small movement would have such good results. It's working!
