Back Day, Central East Sectional Workout #1

30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches(75)
7 Rounds + 9 Reps
*My goal going in was 7 rounds so I guess you could say I was ok with my score. Now that I have done this once my new goal is 7 rounds and at least 30 reps.
