Chest day with Mike. We are starting to lift heavy, this is the first time I have lifted heavy in a LONG time. I am excited to see what gains come of it!

*I did this workout in my Vibram FiveFingers, with that said, box jumps and running is like learning to walk again. I am starting to get my rythm back while jumping and my running was more of a mental "thing" today.
