WOD 1
5 Rounds for time
25 Box Jumps(20")
15 Burpees
5 Squat Clean Thrusters(95)
TIME 13:14
*This wod took it out of me. I do not feel very energetic today. My legs get so tired from box jumps. Squat clean thrusters may be the most difficult/ doable/ complex movement in crossfit. Hopefully my cardio will get better with time.
