*This wod did not strain my cardio at all, but it was an important wod to do. I need to work on my "skill" moves and this allowed me to. Gage wrote this up and we both went together. He got 3 rounds and 10 reps. The muscle ups were by far the hardest part.

*This wod felt good considering I usually get tired as the day goes on. I finished in 11:31 which would have put me in the top 20 at the North Texas Sectional probably somewhere near 15th.
