Thursday, October 28th

Rest Day

WOD 1
2 Mile Sprint work
*I started off wanting to run a 5k but about .80 my shins were so tight that I couldn't keep going at a consistent jog. I turned the 5k into a sprint/walk. I was running .10-.15 then walking for a few seconds to relieve the pain in my shins.
