20 Burpee Wall Jumps(3')

*Stairs were by fair the worst part of this workout. I felt like I could not run them faster without falling, they all started blending together the last 2 rounds. The burpee wall jumps were a lot of fun and a nice change of pace. I'm looking forward to going back and thinking of something new.

*Lucas and I wanted to see how many double unders we could get in 2 minutes. We saw some of the studs do this wod in a journal article and thought it would be fun. It was.
