*I was beyond exhausted and fatigued when I started this wod. I just finished up a high volume chest and back strength sessionand decided to give this a go. I wouldn't say it was a mistake but I was far from my PR. It was almost commical how fatigued my entire body was.

30 Muscle ups (Games Standard)

*I am trying different styles of taping for muscle ups in preperation for regionals and todays style worked for about 14 reps then went to crap. I ended up tearing them off at 20 reps.
WOD 3
5 Rounds for Time
30 Double Unders
5 Squat Snatches (135)
TIME 5:27
*Brutal, balancing that weight at the bottom when fatigued is horrible. I need to get faster at these and I need to tie some reps together on wods like this. I played it too "safe" and dropped the bar after every rep. Lesson learned.

*My butt was on fire after this one but I felt surprisingly strong throughout each row. I worked on sprinting out the last "X" Meters. I mixed it up and sprinted the last 150 on the first, 175 on the second and last 200 on the 3rd 500m's. It was a fun wod.
