1 Protein/ Coffee Shake
1 Seving Mixed Nuts

4 Eggs w/ Sausage, Green Peppers and Onions
1 Apple
3 Grilled Chicken Breasts
2 Servings Mixed Vegetables
1 Serving Cream of Wheat(Like Oatmeal)
1 Apple
1 Banana
2 Serving Mixed Nuts

WOD 1
20 Minute AMRAP
5 Burpees
10 Hang Squat Cleans(95)
15 Toes 2 Bar
8 ROUNDS + 16 REPS
*First, let me start by saying I hate toes 2 bars. They are my least favorite Crossfit move. With that said, this workout went how I expected. Once I hit fatigue, my lower T2B went out the window. Better luck next time.
