*This wod was one of the harder ones I have done in a while. It is definitely the longest wod I have done in a long time. Running was the worst part, probably because it lasted the longest. My upper body was so fatigued from my strength session that I felt fatigued before I even began. The toes 2 bar were probably the most annoying movement outside of running.
