Mini "Whitten" + Lots of Legs!

*I am mentally out of it from taking so much time off. I felt like I got slapped in the face when I started this workout. I was on a time restraint as it was but I was not in to it regardless.

Strength
Lower body day with Mike. We worked on the Pit Shark for squats and donkey raises. Also hit hamstring curls, pistols, straight leg RDL's and lying hamstrings. Also walked stairs with Lucas and Gage w 55 pound KB's and sled work in the hallway.
