WOD 1
7 Minute AMRAP
Thrusters(100)
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Sets of 3,3,6,6,9,9,12,12,15,15
*I got all 15 C2B pull ups. This wod was horrible. I was feeling sorry for myself from the start, I think I can get through some of the 21 set if I go in with the right mind set. Better luck next time!
