20 Sit Ups
20 Overhead Squats(PVC)

*I never felt like I ever got going during this wod. Perhaps it was having only 50 Meter dashes combined to make 200 M. The change of direction proved to be annoying. Bailey(my dog) kept jumping up at me so needless to say this was not done at 100% intensity. Regardless, it was still nice to get outside.
