*This weight was more challenging than my prior FS EMOTM from Tuesday.

6 Rounds for Time
5 Thrusters (95)
7 Hang Cleans (95)
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95)
TIME 5:22
*This wod was brutal! I could barely close my hand after this wod was finished. I went unbroken on the first two rounds then had to break between hang cleans and thrusters each round going forward. I also broke up the sumo deadlift high pulls in later rounds. That movement is horrid.
