*I have been on a bit of a sabbatical due to a back injury that occurred two Fridays ago. I tried to push through it after only 2 days rest and it flared up worse than before. I feel rested after my time off and hopefully this will be the last of it. Starting physical therapy Wednesday! On a side note, this wod was horrible in the heat. I felt like I was breathing through a straw! I went at about 95% the entire time just waiting for my back to cinch up and it to be over. It held up well.
