CrossFit Games WOD 12.4

WOD 1
12 Minute AMRAP
150 Wall Balls
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups
TOTAL 257 Reps
*I PR'd on Karen today. 150 wall balls in 5:31, I didn't break until my 93rd wall ball. My double unders went as well as I expected considering my shoulder fatigue. My shoulders surprisingly recovered for the muscle ups. Game planning for this wod I was thinking I would score near 245-250 (5-10 Muscle Ups) needless to say I was extremely happy with 257!

5 Squat Cleans (135)
10 KB Swings (53)
TOTAL 7 Rounds
*I havent't swung a 53 pound KB in quite some time so I thought I would give it a go today. With my shoulder injury last week I wasn't sure how my right side would hold up. I could feel myself favoring my right side but I tried to minimize it.
