*I did this wod back in August and finished in 7:18, I attribute the difference in time to muscle fatigue from the GHD sit ups I did yesterday. My forearms fatigued a lot faster than usual too. No excuses though, getting better everyday.

*I did this wod in preperation for Saturday's competition. It gave me good practice on wall balls. I have started to enjoy shuttle runs, kind of sick, I know.
